Refund policy
We have a general NO REFUND policy, we will make exceptions but you must contact us at our email upon receipt to see what the reason for the refund is.
We understand that a product may arrive an not be in the condition expected. Each item has clearly laid out descriptions and measurements of the shirt that you have ordered. Please feel free to reach out to atlasdsngroup@gmail.com with any questions about the merchandise before ordering and we will be happy to provide any answers to any questions before purchase.
NOTE: Please allow 2-4 weeks for fulfillment and delivery, possibly longer when going overseas.
Each item is MADE TO ORDER in the United States. There will be NO CANCELLATIONS for orders already accepted and in progress.
Returns & Refunds
We ONLY offer refunds for:
- Wrong items received
- Damaged or defective products
